Not yet, but this feature is coming soon. For now, each workspace has its own isolated asset library.

❓ Do workspaces have separate storage limits?

No. All workspaces share your total storage pool. Add more team members and your storage grows automatically.

❓ Can I edit the built-in roles?

Yes. Owner, Project Manager, and Media Producer are starting points, but you can customize them or create entirely new roles with any permissions you need.

❓ How many custom roles can I create?

Unlimited. Create as many as your workflow requires.

❓ Can external people access workspaces?

External people can be added as members with appropriate roles (like View Only). For temporary access, use share links or publish to a portal instead.

❓ Can I see who downloaded a specific file?

Yes. Every asset has a complete history showing who viewed, downloaded, commented, and shared it — with timestamps.

❓ What happens if I remove someone from a workspace?

They immediately lose access to that workspace. Their uploads and comments remain, but they can't view or download anything.

❓ Can I change someone's role after inviting them?

Yes. Update roles anytime. Changes take effect immediately.

❓ How do I prevent accidental deletions?

Restrict "Access Trash" permission to only trusted roles. Regular members can move items to trash, but only designated people can permanently delete.

❓ Can I see what happened while I was away?

Yes. Check the calendar view to see uploads, deletions, and major actions by day. Or review the activity history for specific assets.
