By the end, you know how many seats and how much storage your organization uses, and where to add units.

Here's how to add seats or storage when your team needs more than what's included.
In this organization, Autoscale is off and every seat is taken.
Invite someone new, and YetOnePro stops at No free seats left.
Open billing takes you straight to Billing for your organization.
Show usage lists what you have now: two of two members, and a little of your two gigabytes of storage.
There are no tiers to choose from. You pay only for units, and each unit brings one seat and ten gigabytes of storage.
Under Manage plan, Start subscription opens Stripe's secure checkout. Payment methods are handled in Stripe too, under Manage in Stripe.
After you subscribe, Autoscale is on by default and keeps your units matched to your team and storage. Turn it off to set the units yourself, then select Update units. With a free seat, send the invitation again.
In Organization settings, Team shows the same limit. People already in your organization can join more workspaces without a new seat, and clients who review in shares or the portal never take one.

Your organization includes a number of seats and some storage. When your team needs more, you add units. There are no tiers to choose from.

See where an invitation stops
In this organization, Autoscale is off and every seat is taken. In Members, select Invite member, fill in Full name, Member email and Assign role, and select Send invitation.
YetOnePro stops at No free seats left: “Add a seat in Billing to invite more members.”

Open billing
Select Open billing. It takes you straight to Billing for your organization, in your profile. Here: No subscription, with Manage plan.

Show usage
Under Resources, “Storage and member capacity”, select Show usage. It lists what you have now: here, Members 2 / 2, and a little of the 2 GB of Storage.

Know what a unit adds
There are no tiers to choose from. You pay only for units, and each unit brings one seat and 10 GB of storage.

Start a subscription
Under Manage plan, Start subscription opens Stripe’s secure checkout. Payment methods are handled in Stripe too, under Manage in Stripe.

Choose Autoscale or set units yourself
With a subscription, Manage plan shows Autoscale. Turned on, it keeps your units matched to your team and storage. Turn it off to set Units yourself, then select Update units.
With a free seat, send the invitation again.

Check the seat limit in Team
In Organization settings, Team shows the same limit: “All 2 seats are in use.”, with Subscribe to add seats →.

In short: add units in Billing for more seats and storage.
Check the result
- Show usage lists your members and storage against what you have.
- You know where Start subscription and Manage in Stripe are, under Manage plan and Payment methods.
- Organization settings › Team shows whether every seat is in use.
If it didn’t work
There’s no Start subscription under Manage plan.
Billing shows “Paid plans are unavailable for accounts registered with a free email provider.” in its place.
I don’t see Autoscale or Units.
They appear under Manage plan only once the organization has a subscription.
Do I need a new seat to add someone to another workspace?
No. People already in your organization can join more workspaces without a new seat. Clients who review in shares or the portal never take one.
