WRITTEN GUIDE

From the email to the work, in three steps.

This guide is for clients. Your creative team works in YetOnePro and sends you work to review in a client portal, a page that holds your project’s work. In the video, Maya Chen at Harbor & Pine reviews the work sent to her in the “Harbor & Pine launch” project.

You don’t need a YetOnePro account. The portal is always password-protected, and your team gives you the password. The review goes to the people your team added to the project.

  1. 01

    Open the review email

When your team sends work for review, you get an email titled “Client review is open”, followed by the project name. It names the project, carries your team’s message, and says when to review by.

Click Open client review. It opens the project’s portal in your browser.

The email doesn’t contain the portal password. If you don’t have it, ask your team.
  2. 02

    Sign in to the portal

The portal opens on Protected Portal. Enter the password your team gave you and click Access Portal.

Then enter your email, the one your team added to the project, usually the address the review email came to. That’s how the portal knows who’s reviewing.

  3. 03

Find the review at the top

The review waits at the top of the portal: Review 1, the deadline, and your team’s message.

Each asset sent to you is marked Awaiting review, and the counter shows how many are still undecided. Approve and Changes are on each card. To decide and finish the review, see Approve work, or send it back with changes.

  4. 04

    Look at an asset

Click an asset to see it large. Next and Previous step through the review, and the top of the page shows where you are, for example “Review 1 · 1 of 2”.

Comments is where you point out what should change, and the decision buttons, Approve and Request changes, are here too. For pinning a comment on the exact spot of an image, see Show your team exactly what needs to change.

In short: open the email, enter the portal password and your email, and the review waits at the top. You don’t need an account. The review goes to the people your team added to the project. For what your team does on their side, see Send work to your client for approval.

Check the result

  • You opened the portal with Open client review.
  • You entered the portal password and your email.
  • You found the review at the top, with each asset awaiting review.
  • You opened an asset and stepped through the others with Next.

If it didn’t work

Do I need a YetOnePro account?

No. The email opens the portal, and you sign in with the portal password and your email address.

I don’t have the portal password.

The review email doesn’t include it. Ask your creative team; they give it to you.

Which email address should I enter?

The one your team added to the project, usually the address the review email came to.

Where do I say what should change, or approve the work?

On each asset, Comments is where you point out what should change, and Approve and Changes are on each card. Commenting and deciding have guides of their own.
