Keep your client contacts
in one place.
Stop hunting through email for who works at which client, and see what you have shared with each of them.
By the end, you’ll have a client company with its people and their profiles, and a company page that shows the assets you’ve shared with them.
Before you start
- A YetOnePro workspace.
- A client you work with: a company name, and the name and email of one person there.

Keep your client contacts in one place.
Open Creative Ops, then Contacts. Switch between people and companies from the header.
Contacts keep everyone you work with in one place: the companies you work for and the people behind them.
Start with the company. Add its logo, industry and type, its domain, and the contact details your team needs.
Upload a logo and crop it to fit, then pick the industry. New companies start as clients.
Add a short description, the main email and phone, and the company's web domain.
Paste their social links, and the network is recognized from the address. Save, and open the new company.
Lumen Bay Coffee now shows in your company list.
Turn on domain sharing, and anyone with a lumenbay dot example address can be recognized as part of this client when you share.
Add people right from the company page, and they're linked automatically. Give them a title, labels, emails, phones and social links.
Type a new job title and use it right away, then pick the labels your team already uses.
The first email is the primary one. Add a second email, a phone, LinkedIn, and a note for your team. Then save.
Priya now appears in the company's people list.
Met someone before you knew their company? Add them on their own and link them later.
A name and an email are enough.
Marcus has no company yet. On his profile, assign Lumen Bay Coffee, and the client count updates right away.
Each person gets a profile: photo, every email and phone, social links, their time zone, and notes your whole team can read.
Upload a photo, and fix a name right where you read it.
Set their time zone to see their local time before you call. Notes stay on the profile for the whole team.
Search by name, email or title, or filter by company type and label.
Filters stack, so you can narrow the list to client decision makers in two clicks.
And the company page brings it together: its people, recent activity, and every asset you've shared with them.
Activity shows each person added and each share. Shared assets lists everything you've shared with this company and its people.
From here, you can share with the whole company in one step. That's the next guide.
Start with the company, add its people, and keep every detail on their profiles. The company page shows everything you share with them.
Search across all videos and guides.
Keep the companies you work for, and the people behind them, in one place.
Your studio has a new client, Lumen Bay Coffee. You want one record for the company, a profile for each person you talk to, and a place that shows what you have shared with them.
You’ll create the company, add its people, link someone you met before you knew their company, and open the company page that brings it together. Sign in to YetOnePro and open your workspace to follow along.
- 01
Open Contacts
Open Creative Ops in the left sidebar, then choose Contacts. Contacts keep everyone you work with in one place: the companies you work for and the people behind them.
Switch between people and companies from the header.
- 02
Create the company
Switch to Companies and click Add company. Enter the company name, for example “Lumen Bay Coffee.”
Upload a logo and crop it to fit, then pick the industry. New companies start as clients. Add a short description, the main email and phone, and the company’s web domain, for example “lumenbay.example.”
Paste the company’s social links. The network is recognized from the address. Click Save company, then open the new company from the list.
- 03
Turn on domain sharing
In the right panel, the company’s domain is listed under Domains. Turn on Allow sharing to anyone on these domains. Anyone with a lumenbay.example address can then be recognized as part of this client when you share.
Sharing still starts with you. The domain doesn’t give anyone access to an asset. It only lets YetOnePro recognize them when you share. - 04
Add a person from the company page
On the company’s People tab, click Add contact. The person is linked to the company automatically. Enter a name, for example “Priya Shah.”
Type a new job title and use it right away, then pick the labels your team already uses. The first email is the primary one. Add a second email, a phone, a LinkedIn link and a note for your team, then save. Priya now appears in the company’s people list.
- 05
Add a person with no company yet
Met someone before you knew their company? Switch to People, click Add contact, and enter a name and an email. That is enough.
Later, open their profile and click Assign company, then choose the company. The client count updates right away.
- 06
Fill in the profile
Each person gets a profile: photo, every email and phone, social links, their time zone, and notes your whole team can read.
Upload a photo and crop it. Fix a name right where you read it by editing it in place. Set the time zone to see the person’s local time before you call.
- 07
Search and filter
Search by name, email or title. To narrow the list further, filter by company type and by label on the left. Filters stack, so you can narrow the list to client decision makers in two clicks.
- 08
See everything on the company page
Open the company from Companies. The company page brings it together: People, Activity and Shared assets.
Activity shows each person added and each share. Shared assets lists everything you’ve shared with this company and its people.
From the company page you can also use Share with company and Create portal for company to share with the whole company in one step.
Check the result
- The company appears in your Companies list.
- The person you added is listed in the company’s People tab.
- A person added on their own shows the company after you assign it.
- The company’s Shared assets tab lists the assets you have shared with the company and its people.
If it didn’t work
I can’t find Contacts.
Open Creative Ops in the left sidebar, then choose Contacts. Switch between People and Companies from the header.
I can’t find a person by their label.
Search looks at names, emails and titles. To narrow the list by label, choose the label in the filters on the left instead.
Does turning on domain sharing give people access?
No. It only lets YetOnePro recognize anyone with that email domain as part of the client when you share. Access starts only when you share an asset.
