Check delivery progress across your projects.
See what’s overdue and what’s waiting.
Know where delivery stands across every project without opening each one: what’s late, what’s waiting on a decision, and how much work got finished.
By the end, you’ll have found the overdue deliverables and their owners, seen which reviews and client requests are waiting, and checked how many deliverables were created and marked complete over the last four weeks.
Before you start
- Projects with deliverables, due dates and owners. See “Plan client deliverables, deadlines, and owners.”
- A role that can view workspace statistics and projects. The Owner role has both; an Owner can grant them to other roles.

Check delivery progress across your projects: what's overdue, what's waiting, and what got marked complete.
Open Analytics. The Workspace tab is a live snapshot of your active projects: open deliverables, overdue work, and work without an owner.
Click Overdue to see which deliverables passed their due date, who owns them, and how many days late they are.
Next decisions shows what's due in the next seven days and which reviews are late. Waiting for decisions counts internal review decisions and open client requests.
Project attention lists each active project with its exceptions: overdue and unassigned deliverables, and the next due date.
See work over time opens the Delivery tab. It counts deliverables created and marked complete in the last twenty-eight complete days, week by week, in UTC.
Which projects explain the work? Each row shows what a project created and completed in the period. View records lists the deliverables behind a number.
Work from deleted projects stays counted, in one row.
Marked complete is a status change, not proof that a client accepted or downloaded the work. How this is counted explains every rule. History starts on September seventh, twenty twenty-six.
In short: the Workspace tab is today's snapshot of open, overdue and waiting work. The Delivery tab counts what was created and marked complete over time. Click a number to see the deliverables behind it.

Two questions, two tabs.
Alex Morgan runs a studio with three active projects. Once a week, Alex opens Analytics to answer two questions: what needs attention right now, and how much work got done lately.
The Workspace tab answers the first. It’s a live snapshot of your active projects, not a period total. The Delivery tab answers the second: deliverables created and marked complete, week by week. Analytics only shows what it can measure, so there’s no on-time rate or revision score. The numbers in the video come from a sample workspace. Open Analytics
Click Analytics in the sidebar. The Workspace tab opens with a snapshot of your active projects, stamped with the time it was taken. The cards across the top show Active projects, Open deliverables, Overdue and Without an owner.
Who can open Analytics. Your role needs permission to view workspace statistics and projects. The Owner role has both, and an Owner can grant them to other roles. - 02
See what’s overdue
Click the Overdue card. The Overdue deliverables panel lists every deliverable whose due date has passed, who owns it, and how many days late it is, for example “Billboard key visual · Alex Morgan · 2 days overdue.” A deliverable with no owner says Unassigned.
Click Without an owner the same way to list the work nobody owns yet.
- 03
Check what’s coming and what’s waiting
Next decisions shows the Deliverables due in 7 days, not counting the ones already overdue, and the Internal decisions overdue: internal reviews past their due date.
Waiting for decisions counts the decisions you’re waiting on. Internal review counts review decisions your team owes. Client review counts open requests to clients, with the age of the Oldest client request.

Find the projects that need attention
Project attention lists each active project with its exceptions: overdue deliverables, Unassigned deliverables, and the Next upcoming due date. Start with the projects that have the most exceptions.
- 05
See work over time
Click See work over time to open the Delivery tab. It covers the Last 28 complete days, ending yesterday, in UTC. The totals show Deliverables created and Deliverables marked complete, and the chart breaks them down week by week.
Snapshot or period. The Workspace tab is right now. The Delivery tab is a finished period, so work from today shows up tomorrow. - 06
Open the records behind a number
Under Which projects explain the work?, each row shows what a project created and completed in the period. Click View records on a row. The Work records panel lists the deliverables behind the numbers. Switch to Marked complete to see what was finished, and when.
- 07
Know the Deleted projects row
Work from deleted projects stays counted, in one Deleted projects row, so your totals don’t change when someone deletes a project. That row has no records to open.
- 08
Read how it’s counted
Below the table, the note says Marked complete does not mean published, downloaded or accepted by a client. It’s a status change: the deliverable moved to a done status. Each deliverable counts once per period, even if it’s completed again.
Click How this is counted for the definition of every metric. Event history begins Sep 7, 2026, so the Delivery tab has nothing before that date.
In short: the Workspace tab is today’s snapshot of open, overdue and waiting work. The Delivery tab counts what was created and marked complete over time. Click a number to see the deliverables behind it.
Check the result
- You know how many deliverables are open, overdue and without an owner right now.
- You’ve opened Overdue and know who owns each late deliverable.
- You know which internal reviews and client requests are waiting.
- On the Delivery tab, you’ve opened View records for a project to see the deliverables behind its numbers.
If it didn’t work
The Delivery tab doesn’t show work from today.
The Delivery tab covers the last 28 complete days, in UTC, and ends yesterday. Today’s work appears tomorrow. For what’s happening right now, use the Workspace tab.
Marked complete is higher than what my client approved.
Marked complete counts deliverables moved to a done status. It doesn’t mean published, downloaded or accepted by a client.
There’s a Deleted projects row I don’t recognize.
Work from deleted projects stays counted, in one row, so totals don’t change when a project is deleted. That row has no records to open.
Older months look empty.
Event history begins Sep 7, 2026. Work before that date isn’t in the Delivery tab. How this is counted lists every rule.
Where is the on-time rate?
Analytics shows what it can measure: open, overdue and unassigned deliverables, upcoming due dates, waiting decisions, and deliverables created and marked complete. There’s no on-time rate.
