See what takes up
your storage.
Your storage looks full, or two places in YetOnePro show different storage figures, and you don’t know which one counts toward your capacity.
By the end, you know what a workspace stores, what counts toward your organization’s capacity, and where to read each figure.
Before you start
- For Analytics: your workspace role gives you access to Analytics.
- For Billing: you own the organization. Billing lists only the organizations you own.
Watch the walkthrough
Here's how to see what takes up your workspace storage, and what counts toward your capacity.
Open Analytics, then switch the section to Library. Consumed storage is everything this workspace stores, shown in decimal gigabytes.
What consumes storage splits it into your original files, and the previews and other copies YetOnePro makes so your assets load and play fast.
Storage definition says it plainly: this figure is not a quota, and it doesn't predict how much deleting would save.
Your capacity is set for the whole organization, in Billing. From Account, open Profile, then the Billing tab. Under Resources, select Show usage.
Storage here counts only original files, across every workspace in your organization. Previews and derivatives don't count.
Every version you keep counts, and a watermarked file counts twice. Your organization includes two gigabytes, and each unit adds ten more.
Library shows what a workspace stores. Billing shows what counts toward your capacity.

Two figures, two questions.
YetOnePro shows storage in two places, and they answer different questions. Analytics shows what one workspace stores. Billing shows what counts toward your organization’s capacity.
You’ll read both and see what each one includes. Sign in to YetOnePro and open your workspace to follow along.
- 01
Open Analytics › Library
Open Analytics in the left sidebar. Open the section menu at the top and choose Library.
Consumed storage · decimal GB is everything this workspace stores, in decimal gigabytes.
- 02
See what consumes storage
What consumes storage splits that figure in two: Original files, the files you uploaded, and Previews & derivatives, the previews and other copies YetOnePro makes so your assets load and play fast.
- 03
Read the Storage definition
Select Storage definition ⓘ. It says the figure adds original files and previews/derivatives together, and that it isn’t a quota or a prediction of how much deleting would save. Select Close.
- 04
Open Billing and show usage
Your capacity is set for the whole organization. From Account in the sidebar, open Profile, then the Billing tab.
Under Resources, select Show usage. You see Members and Storage, each as used against what your organization has.
- 05
Know what Billing counts
Billing currently counts original files only, across every workspace in your organization. Previews and derivatives, which Library includes, don’t count here.
Why the figures differ. Library is one workspace, originals plus previews. Billing is the whole organization, originals only. So the two rarely match. - 06
Versions and watermarks count too
Every version you keep counts toward capacity, not only the latest. A watermarked file counts twice: at two times its original file size.
Your organization includes 2 GB, and each unit you add brings 10 GB more.
Check the result
- You read Consumed storage and its breakdown in Analytics › Library.
- You read the organization’s storage against its capacity in Billing › Show usage.
- You know that every version counts and a watermarked file counts twice.
If it didn’t work
Library and Billing show different storage figures.
They measure different things. Library is per workspace and adds original files and previews and derivatives together. Billing is per organization and currently counts original files only, across every workspace in the organization.
Is Consumed storage my limit?
No. As the Storage definition says, it isn’t a quota or a prediction of how much deleting would save. Your capacity is in Billing.
